Amsterdam producer Plan 16 returns to DCWS with a newly released remix for Notorious B.I.G.’s classic “Juicy” in commemoration of the 22nd birthday of his passing.
In discussing his new release Plan 16 says, “My rendition is built around a sample by funk group Mtume, which is the same band responsible for the main sample being used in Biggie's iconic original. Just as in Big Poppa's 'Juicy', my remix starts out not adding too much to the original sample, until I switch things up...”
