LA Based Indie-Electronic Duo Smoke Season Unleash DOPE New Single "Wolves"

LA buzz-band Smoke Season is fresh off their UK tour where they debuted new music. The new material features a shift in creative direction which showcases anthemic melodies, rocksteady grooves and hard hitting beats - including their latest single, “Wolves." The indie-electronic duo, once referred to as “Fleetwood Mac with beats" has upcoming singles featuring Mix Master Mike of the Beastie Boys and a collaboration Sonny Diperri (Animal Collective, Portugal the Man).

The duo explain that the "Wolves" song came about in the throws of a fiery argument that resulted in one of them exiting the car on a rush-hour filled LA freeway while driving to a writing session. The pair eventually made it to the session, channeled that energy into the song, and had made up before the day was over. “We’re not one to shy away from explosive emotions,” explains lead singer, Gabrielle Wortman. “Let’s just say we’re spirited artists and it keeps our music interesting."
