Atlanta, Georgia is currently one of the top tourist destinations in the United States.  Home to one of the busiest airports in the world, Atlanta is known for its award winning dining, the largest aquarium on the Western Hemisphere, the World of Coca Cola, the CNN Center, and several other famous attractions.  Adults who are interested in exploring the nightlife of Atlanta have many options to choose from located throughout downtown, midtown, and Buckhead. While we admit the city has a lot to offer, we have created a list containing some of the best Atlanta night spots for visitors.

Havana Club

Located in upscale Buckhead, Havana Club has been a major player in the Atlanta night club scene since 1996.  Consistently voted the best night club in the city, Havana Club opened at its current location in 2009.  Featuring satellite television, custom lighting, and a state of the art sound system Havana Club is definitely the place to go if you want to be seen.  Known for hosting some of the best upscale events the night club has a strict dress code prohibiting all casual or work attire and is open from 8:30 pm until 3:00 am.

The Masquerade
50 Lower Alabama Street
Atlanta, GA 30303

The Masquerade is an indoor and outdoor venue in Atlanta that is known for its live music performances.  A staple in the community, The Masquerade has been a popular venue since 1990 and the three stages indoor (Heaven, Hell, and Purgatory) and an outdoor amphitheater known as The Masquerade Music Park made the location unique.  Recently the venue has begun the process of changing locations, but that hasn’t stopped it from being one of the best places to see live alternative music including metal, indie rock, punk rock, and rockabilly.

Located in the Old Fourth Ward of the city of Atlanta Sister Louisa’s Church of the Living Room and Ping Pong Emporium (usually referred to as Church) is a popular bar.  Opened in 2001 the location was initially an art gallery before being converted into a bar.  Boasting four bartenders the bar has been voted the place to get drinks in Atlanta several times over the years.  Visitors can enjoy affordable drinks, ping pong tournaments and karaoke.  Open Monday through Saturday from 5:00 pm to 3:00 am and on Sunday 5:00 pm until midnight, Church is a place that every person visiting Atlanta should visit at least once.
