Salute to you on the release of your new song "I Needa Bag"; it's a great track. How did you connect with the track’s producer, Christian Arceo, and what attracted you to the beat?

In Mississippi he's one of the hottest producers to work with, so with 'I Needa Bag' being my first digital release, I chose the King of Producers.

What initially motivated you to write and record "I Needa Bag"?

My family didn’t have much coming up; I was raised in a single parent household which forced me to learn how to deal with my circumstances or adapt to the environment. Since I never wanted to sell drugs I focused my attention on working hard, perfecting my craft, and marketing my brand. I wanted to prove that you don't have to sell drugs to hustle.

Seeing the struggle and people not reaching financial stability, this motivated me to write and record 'I Needa Bag'.

When someone listens to a Kelo song for the first time, what do you want them to take away from the experience?

Everyone should expect positive vibes and a deeper drive to focus on their ambition to achieve whatever they have their minds set to do.

We featured another Mississippi based rapper last year named Midget Green and we noticed similarities in both of your rap flows in that both are rapid-fire paced, yet always staying on beat, which is very dope. Is this type of fast rap flow common to Mississippi rap artists?

No, I flow based off how the music speaks to me. This influences my rhymes.

Can we expect a video for "I Needa Bag" soon? If not, what's next to come from you musically?

I plan on releasing a video in the 1st quarter of 2019.

Why should everyone reading this interview be checking for your music?

My style, lyrics, and music were made to motivate everyone who listens to chase their dreams in spite of their circumstance. I’m that hot new talent.
